| 146242 | 2003-05-21 05:35:00 | In Word 97 there is an option in Auto Correct to create a sort of shortcut to insert a particular phrase or word by allocating acoupleof key strokes. Is there a similar option when using Works database? I am ctaloguing list of books, and while I need to enter titles and authors individually, it would be nice to be able to have a shortcut to enter the Publisher's name instead of having to enter it in full. Would appreciate some help, Thanks |
