| 146330 | 2003-05-22 02:12:00 | Maryann It I were inserting the picture, I would first draw a TEXT BOX where you want the picture to appear. I would then click on Insert, Picture, ClipArt (assuming you want to insert a picture from the Gallery), find a picture and insert it. I would then click on the Text Box and make the Line Color no line. Reposition the graphic within the Text Box on the page if necessary. Oxie |

Oxie...when you say "picture" and how to insert, does any of this apply to putting photos onto the document, or is this just for clip art.? Am going to be attempting the suggestions....never mind making an apple pie for P.J. :D ;-) ;-) |

| 146332 | 2003-05-23 05:14:00 | Insert - Picture - From File Browse to where you have saved the picture, select it (double click is easiest) and the picture is inserted. To change the properties of the picture (so you can type text over it, or stop it moving as you add text etc, right click on the inserted picture and select "format picture" Once you have selected an option, you can change other properties under the "advanced" button. Your picture will probably be too big for the page, so drag it smaller by selecting a corner with the mouse and drag it in towards the centre |
