146889 2003-05-23 10:14:00 It could only happen in NZ. Not related at all, but reminds me of the 1974 Commonwealth Games. We were still in the UK but having a NZ News newspaper. There was an article about a court case where the judge adjourned the case so that everyone including the prisoner on trial could go and watch John Walkers race.
We thought now thats the sort of country we want to go to. :)

146890 2003-05-23 10:17:00 Soooooooo what are they all doing there if there is nothing else to do? Cut the numbers back to 70. Might as well sack them all and let dictator clark do it all. wotz (335)
146891 2003-05-23 10:44:00 If it's silent and they're paying attention it's OK I suppose. Provided they aren't distracting others is the main thing.

I've got a friend at tech with a laptop he seems to sit there and muck around most of the time so it's good that it's on the laptop and not annoying others most of the time.

One problem though. The laptop is relatively silent but then he fires up Vietcong and the fan starts up :(

Seeing as Ron Mark is a Maori, I am surprised he has a A35. I would have thought he owned a Mk3 Zephyr
