| 146494 | 2003-05-22 08:16:00 | Hi, I have a Sharp PCFJ140R that belonged to a student. It was converted to english for me but none of the keys match the fucntions. Eg. left and right brackets are 9 & 0 where on the keyboard are 8 & 9. They are all like this. I am running 98SE.....HELP PLEASE!!! Thanks Chris |

| 146495 | 2003-05-22 11:50:00 | well there are a cople of things you can do 1: Lift the keys up and place them in the correct place 2: Re-install Windows 3: Update Windows 4: Update your drivers 5: Ensure encoding is running on "Westin Europeian (iso)" go 5,4,3,2,1 hope it works ;) |

| 146496 | 2003-05-27 23:25:00 | Thanks for the reply scOut but I cant seem to get the keys to work properly the glue seems to have gummed them all up!!! Tried everything you said (well nearly). Still no good. If I plug in an external keyboard everything is fine. Other than putting stickers on top of the keys on the laptop to show the actual functions I am out of Ideas.
