| 147255 | 2003-05-24 23:25:00 | If it's one thing that I hate is when a program leads me to a direction that I don't want go. I really get sick of ie 6 wanting to send a report & restarting ie6. In fact I want to go back to ie5 which I have never had any problems with. So I tried to get it of my win98 cd but I couldn't explore the right folder. Some problems a worth wasting half a day but not this. Yes I am old fashioned but I can't be botherd fixing these little quirks. All I have to do now is find ie5. |

| 147256 | 2003-05-25 00:24:00 | Ron, If my memory serves me correctly, when I uninstalled IE 6 through Control panel/add/remove programmes, the uninstal programme asked if I wanted to revert to the previously installed IE5. When clicking yes, it did just that and removed IE 6 from the puter in favour of IE 5. Hope this helps. |
