| 146983 | 2003-05-24 02:39:00 | Using Outlook It is tell me it cant connect to the microsoft server.... So i then have to work off line.... it will send and recive when my e-mails when I click Send and recive I have looked thru all the options and cant see anything to tell it not to connect the the microsoft server.... ??? what is the microsoft server for??? Help ... as i do prefer outlook over outlook express... Chris |

| 146985 | 2003-05-24 03:47:00 | My understanding (limited) is that your computer is trying to connect to a server as in a work/corporation type server. As you are still able to receive emails then there must be at least 2 accounts. I am guessing that there is some sort of account within Outlook that is wanting to connect to such a server. Try this, go to Tools > email accounts > view or change existing email accounts and see what you have there. sam m |
