| 147040 | 2003-05-25 12:11:00 | Hi. The problem of the jpg appearing in msword as a red x has happenend to me, it took a while to figure out. Word doesn't seem to open cmyk files, but will open rgb files. Check if the files are being saves as rgb Hope this helps |

When creating the file in photoshop as long as it is RGB it converts correctly to a jpg and can be read by other applications.
