Yes, there is, and quite a number of them actually.. some free.. some not.

Well... to be honest, I would say depending on how often you have friends over, its probably not worth it.
What OS are you running?
If its NT-Based, you may be best of telling them to use the guest account and put a program on that guest account so they cannot use MSN etc.
There are always ways around these programs if your friends know their stuff, but for the majority of people, you should be fine.

Try looking up these programs:
FProt (Made by the same people who make KeyKey 2000, Mikko Tech I think)
FolderGuard

And your lockout wouldnt be complete without WinGuard Basic
Go with FProt, its more suited to your purposes unless you're willing to pay.

Make sure they cannot access the other user accounts also...
Of course, half the plan here is foiled if you're running a Win9x based PC, unless you manage to prevent them from skipping login (Not easy)

Hope this helps

Cheers

I used it for a while.. :-)

If they're your friends, they should respect your PC as being yours, and not use it when you dont want them to, or rather not use MSN if you ask them!

If you want the Anti-Virus FProt, goto Google, type 'download fprot' and hit Im Feeling Lucky

For the FProt Im talking about, try here:
http://www.mikkotech.com

Click on the downloads section!

It can be used to make entire folders, or individual files hidden but still accessable, read-only, or fully hidden and invisible!

Great piece of software!

Cheers
