| 147333 | 2003-05-25 05:30:00 | Reloaded WIN XP Home & access is denied to a folder on the d: drive now. File system is NTFS. Have looked for answers at technet, but these only relate to WIN XP PRO permissions etc. So what the hell do I do to gain access to this folder again. Hellllpppp!!! |

| 147334 | 2003-05-25 05:40:00 | Ok, go to "Folder Options" (in a explorer folder windows - Tools - Folder Options) Go to View - "Use simple file sharing" trun it off! Then go to the drive, go the Permissions tab, click on Advanced - Then Owner and my yourself the owner and give yourself all permissions. :) Should work! | JamesStewart (874) | ||
