148584 2003-05-30 07:33:00 I have been looking to purchase 'Pinnacle Instant Copy' here in NZ, but have not been able to find it. Is it only available online ?
I tried buying online but when I clicked on the map of my region (NZ) it came up as around 75 Euros in price-including shipping.

Anyone out there purchased this product ? Is it purchased from a Trial or something ?

148585 2003-05-30 08:07:00 It's not as good as you think it is... personally, there are better programs out there... what do you want to use InstantCopy for?

148586 2003-05-30 08:41:00 Using it for DVD backup, looked at DVDxCopy Express but have heard that it is locked to your PC hardware ID. Also looked at Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD version 7 because it has a range of utilities in it.

Any suggestions on more suitable programmes?

148587 2003-05-30 08:50:00 I thought it would be DVD backup... try DVDShrink (www.cdfreaks.com)... it's freeware and does exactly the same thing.

Other tools I use include DVD Decrypter (http://www.dvddecrypter.com/) and DVD2DVD-R[url] ... the only thing is that it's a German program...

Anyway, you should perhaps look at [url=http://www.dvd2dvdr.com/]this site (users.pandora.be) for more info...

148589 2003-05-30 09:00:00 Hey, thanks very much, kind of new at this stuff, and didn't want to have to buy something I didn't need.

Thanks again.

148590 2003-05-30 09:02:00 No worries . . . let me know how you get on, ok?? There are always freeware tools around which do the same as the software you need to buy . . .

You around in Auckland? Always keen to help someone out . . .
