In Outlook Express go to Tools > Options > Connection Tab. Put a tick in the box beside Hang up after sending and receiving. Please post back with further details if this is not what you were asking. Double click your internet connection icon (eg Xtra/ihug/paradise). Click on Properties > Options. Locate "idle time before hanging up" and choose the option you want and Ok out of there. sam m |

| 148602 | 2003-05-30 22:21:00 | I am assuming that you mean the box that pops up after you close Internet Explorer that says 'Do you wish to disconnect from <connection name>?' Go Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections tab -> Settings -> Advanced -> Tick box that says 'Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed'. Hope this helps you out Wintertide |
