| 149086 | 2003-06-01 15:10:00 | There may be potential problems in that while file name extension may be a particular type there can be exceptions in that people may use a file extension which conflicts with common content for the file extenstion according to whatis.techtarget.com the file should be 'PSF Outline PostScript printer font (ChiWriter) ' However i know from my own experience with one client, they used this extension and it was infact ArcSoft PhotoStudio, or so i was informed. This was not compatible. If that is the program in question [check] then you may want to get the person to use a more standardised program which supports exporting with standard filenames. Some may allow flat file exporting where you may lose layer data or other information as well so please check for that. Please let me know how you get on |
