Not strictly true Ian Later versions do allow you to save in earlier formats. I have files from Publisher 2000, 98 and Publisher V2.0 (probably Publisher 94 or 95) and have no problems using and editing. Although I don't have 94/95 installed anymore, I still have a database of files that I access, update or modify and I swap backwards and forwards between 98 and 2000 all the time. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
