| 1314264 | 2012-11-23 05:39:00 | This is now the second time I have had a Chinese printing company approach me to do my printing. They must be desperate. or perhaps they have a good business model with low cost people to troll the internet for sites such as mine. Her name was Carrie. It seems that all Chinese companies employee Western people to write their emails! |

I'm English and a Primary school teacher... I still make grammatical errors and make the odd spelling mistake... Chinese people (in my experience) tend to work harder at anything they do than other races. To do with culture, upbringing etc etc too late and tired to rattle off the details... |

It seems that all Chinese companies employee Western people to write their emails! What to export printing back to China or to supply their ex-Chinese community? ELSE WHERE IN THE THREAD: I thought it was the Japanese who are hard working e.g. When the boat comes in, the whole family gets in to unload the boat. MORE: Where I work we bring a lot of Chinese made components, the quality sure has deteriorated in the years I have been there. Some things believe it or not like it has been deliberately done, just to screw up our manufacturing standards, if we decide to use it. |

And how their low wage structure allows them to do this. And yes the Japanese do work hard. I met a Japanese nurse who regularly worked 10 hour days. I met a construction site supervisor who hardly ever took a week off. But with their high wages and the way they are losing business to lower cost Asian countries I think they are going to have to keep working harder. |

Often Chinese (another other offshore) companies will give you great free or cheap samples but then when you place and pay for a big order you never hear from them again. Don't even have to be outside of NZ either... Remember "Steve" ? |
