1314038 2012-11-22 20:28:00 I have an old Vuego Scan Brisa 640u scanner and I'm looking for a 64 bit driver for it. Have searched over the net with not much luck. All positive links I go to turn up with people asking the same question as me. There are a lot of these scanners around and it's a wonder someone doesn't write a 64 bit driver for them. I think these scanners were commonly known as an Acer 640U and I remember the company Benq had something to do with them.

1314039 2012-11-22 21:16:00 You maybe right. Benq may have something to do with this scanner. And a site says you need a program called mirascan. The same site suggests Vuescan may work, but it's not free. Plug it in then if it appears in device manager, go to the details tab, change it to hardware ids. Copy and paste whats here into Google. See if it comes up with any alternatives Speedy Gonzales (78)

1314041 2012-11-22 22:28:00 Looks like there's 32 bit drivers on driverguide. But you'll have to install some crap to download them. Looks like Vuescan maybe your only option. Or send Benq NZ an email. Speedy Gonzales (78)
