| 149127 | 2003-06-01 21:53:00 | Having trouble editing text documents. Can scan to Word 2003 but document has a border around it so can not edit text. Using ocr. Is the problem with the settings or am I doing something wrong. Any help appreciated . des. |

| 149128 | 2003-06-01 22:26:00 | It sounds as though your scanner actually scanned the document as an image rather than text otherwise the output would be editable text in Word. Try rescanning but select the area to be scanned within (eg excluding) the border and then choose the output as Text/OCR and destination Word. |
