| 149967 | 2003-06-05 08:28:00 | Hi F1 I would like to know if there is a way to domain authenticate a pptp connection to a windows 2000 server from a remote client that is not a member of the domain I can pptp in to a network, but can not use \\192.168.0.1\sharename to access domain network resources without joining the domain Does anyone know if a RADIUS server or Routing and Remote Access on the 2k server can be configured to authenticate a remote user who is at a home PC with the pptp vpn configured and wants to access a network share? Or is there a type of router configuration that can do this? Pass through authentication also does not work (making the workgroup name the same as domain name). |
