150070 2003-06-05 12:30:00 To find out where you mail is stored, Open Outlook Express
Click Tools
-Options
Click the Maintenance Tab
It should show an OE Store Folder or something with a similar name

Note down the folder, and back it up :-)

150071 2003-06-05 19:34:00 Kyo98, if you go here http://www.outlook-express-backup.com/ they have an excellent OE backup tool. They have a trial version which I have used before to do what you want. Make sure that you save file that it created to a CDR or another HD

150072 2003-06-05 19:50:00 The various mail folders from Outlook Express are stored as *.dbx files, a search with the Start>Search function will show you where they are. Back them up for a start.

Open your address book in Outlook Express, Go File > Export > Address Book(WAB) and follow the prompts and save to a floppy disk.

Make a second back up as a precaution by copy and paste all the addresses in the address book and paste them to a folder on the floppy. If one fails at least you still have the other.
