I'm planning to install Mandrake 9 on a PC which will be sharing Internet .. any good programs to use ? Perhaps Mandrake CDs already include such a program? As this is my 1st time trying Mandrake .. any help would be appreciated .. cheers |

Include all the 'Internet' and 'LAN Server' options, it comes with everything needed :-) |

If you want your Linux PC to act as the gateway - need to set up IP Masquerading. Will need a firewall too though. |

Mandrake includes a Connection sharing wizard that sets everything up.
I would recomend mandrake 9.1 or 9.0 because there were some improvements to the wizard and the firewall software. |
