| 150268 | 2003-06-06 09:14:00 | Well, if you are using Windows ME go Start > Settings > Taskbar and Start Menu. Under the General Tab you will see an option for "Use Personalized Menus" - remove the tick, click Apply and then OK. If you are using Windows XP with the Classic Start Menu option .. right click the Start Button > Properties > Start Menu Tab > Customize button > Advanced. Remove the tick beside "Use Personalized Menus", click Apply and then OK. If you are using some other operating system, post back here with the details. Cheers Jen |
