| 150191 | 2003-06-06 01:57:00 | A checksum is a number worked out using all the bytes in a file. If after a copy or file transfer the checksum has the same value, there is a fairly good chance that the copy completeled without errors. If there is a checksum error, there is an extremely good chance that the copy you have is useless. :D |
