150602 2003-06-07 08:29:00 ok i thought id give linux a go..well mandrake......all is fine looks good but..............my darn modem its a asus aam6000pi adsl internal forget the exaact model..but it uses software for a connect....its doesnt even look like working under linux unless there is some fix or workaround about does anybody know? thanz anyone xmanz (3969)
150603 2003-06-11 07:36:00 Go to lindems.technion.ac.il/packages and download scanModem.gz. Run it and read the output file which should not only tell you what's in there but where to download the necessary drivers -- in RPM format too! TicToc (2692)
