| 150966 | 2003-06-08 11:16:00 | My daughter used Word 2000 on my computer. Now when I open Word I get her document with all her weird formatting. How do I get rid of it and return Word to opening to an untitled/blank document. | hawk_51 (3979) | ||

Search for "normal.dot" and delete it or rename it, Word will re-create it next startup. (Dont have Word running when you delete the file) The new one will have all the standard default formatting options when you next open Word. |
