| 150728 | 2003-06-07 21:15:00 | Can anyone tell me what would be a reasonable, simple to use, but better featured than "Paint", image editor. I have Ulead Photo Express 3.0, which came with my scanner and it just doesn't seem to be able to provide me with the functionality that I want. Basically all I need is an eraser, pallette, line drawing, zoom, ability to resize and ability to add in text, clearly and at all sizes (want to edit a farm map). I tried some freebies off the net, but they seem pretty hopeless, but there's a lot there I haven't tried too. I would be grateful for some advice. |

I had actually thought that the Windows version cost, although I realised that it has been bundled with some Linux Distros. |
