| 151182 | 2003-06-09 04:05:00 | the first time OE did this i didnt think much of it but now this is the fourth of fifth time this has happened and its starting to annoy me badly................. always in the middle or near the end of my letter (before ive had time to save it) so i lose it all. why or what can be causing this? i have a few other niggly things changing on my puter like settings (page size) etc could these things go hand in hand? or is it something else? virus? trojan? etc? beetle |

| 151184 | 2003-06-09 08:05:00 | ooops it just says OE has encountered a problem and must close, and all information not saved will be lost....etc i dont think it says anything else but it just hangs there while it does that and you wait for 20-30 seconds and then its gone, then youre back to desktop. so it means all letters part or full get lost, as i dont always remember to save it when i open new ones. this does not happen on reply letters as of yet.... just new mail ive made any ideas? help beetle |

| 151185 | 2003-06-09 10:51:00 | If you are using OE 6, have a look at [Help]/[About] and scroll down the file list till you get to "mshtml.dll". If the file version ends in .1141 , you need an update. Typically, this version file causes OE to crash on large compositions or inserting pictures etc. Applying the latest updates to OE, should update this file. :| | wuppo (41) | ||
