are transonic cd players sold at The Warehouse reliable?
has anyone tried the brand and have any thoughts about it? |

Don't know about the cd players but my daughter bought a transonic mini stereo. It was crap. Lasted about 18 months before it fell to bits. You get what you pay for mostly. Their recordable cds seem okay though - I've never had any problems with them. |

Firm I know use them as Music on Hold for PABX systems. They are going 24/7 and last as long as more expensive types they have tried. As they are not handled much at all, then I am unable to comment about their robustness on being handled roughly. |

Personally I would'nt touch Transonic at all, as stated above, its crap and you get what you pay for. |

Also I've regarding CDR media, i've had a couple of CD's split from the center out wards and my cousin had one blow apart in his laptop destroying his ROM drive. |
