151962 2003-06-12 02:57:00 Either than nero.Does anybody know a cd burning software that has
cd-text?
Because my computer is too slow.nero does not burn my cds properly.buffer decreases dramatically while in the middle of burning a cd.
Any programs out there u know of?

151963 2003-06-12 03:23:00 I think NTI CD-Maker does..
But if the buffer is dropping, then slow down the burn speed so your PC can keep up..
Nero is actually probably best because you can specify it to use more RAM, so with all other software when I had a Cyrix 233Mhz I could only get 2x, but with Nero, I could burn at 4x without a worry because I could tell it to use more RAM as Cache :-)

What is your PC Specs? OS?

If you're running an NT-Based OS, try increasing the process priority

Hope this helps

151965 2003-06-12 03:34:00 You're probably best going at 2x then if you're not going to use Nero.. but then, why switch from Nero when you can run it at 2x anyways...

Have a looksie under the options of Nero, and there's a place where you can specify how much RAM to use.

I think you should be able to get it to use around 40 Megs?
