| 151816 | 2003-06-11 08:52:00 | I have uninstalled gozilla using add/remove programs, but when I manually try to delete the gozilla folder from c/program files i am told the GoIEHlp.dll cannot be deleted.. I am stuck. Is there an easy way for me to fix this problem and get rid of the folder. I am using windows xp. Thanks, Vee |

| 151818 | 2003-06-11 09:39:00 | ah..thanks Chilling, but I don't know how to reboot in safe mode. I read to hold down the f8 key while rebooting but it didn't seem to work for me. Is there a specific moment when to do that? I must have missed it... {can you tell I am a hopeless novice??} Vee |
