| 152543 | 2003-06-14 12:50:00 | How do I update my NAV 2002 subscription? After getting the subscription key code from Symantec, how and where do I enter the key to renew my subscription? My NAV subscription has not expired but is about to expire. Cheers |

However this won't work with NAV 2003 as you have to register but yo could just use different details with a serial from the net instead of your own. Virus definitions should be free for everyone anyway. |

I think once they have expired you should be able to put it in, but I am not too sure, also have a look at NAV 2002 help because I think it might be able to tell you Hope this helps |

| 152547 | 2003-06-15 02:55:00 | I've looked at NAV's Help and Symantec site and it seems that I've to wait until it expires before I can get to the dialogue windows where I can enter the code key given by Symantec. I don't know why Symantec makes it so difficult to renew their product? I have read in this FI forum that there were a number of issues regarding this matter. Maybe, I should just uninstall it and then re-install the program. Cheers & thanks for all the contributions. |
