www.nzherald.co.nz

Something did not add up, ie overstayed his visa by 55 days and he did not know it !
Did 30 seconds research and found this story
www.nzherald.co.nz

Maybe there are 2 Jarvis Carters who both live in Picton and have bad luck
in travel to the USA

1314595 2012-11-24 20:24:00 The guy was an overstayer, that's what countries do when they catch you they send you home. The fact they he got away with a few times before is irrelevant. The clown thinks he has some special sort of entitlement and I worked out why researching his father. prefect (6291)

1314597 2012-11-24 21:50:00 I don’t know what to make of the story, but I do know that Air New Zealand’s lines of communication and customer service are awful.

Only last year on Christmas Day a flight I was on to the Boxing Day Cricket Test at the MCG got diverted to Sydney owing to a you beaut Melbourne Storm.

Ok, these things happen, but it was impossible to contact anyone from Air NZ. We were taken to a Hotel which provided first class service, but there were no arrangements made to get us to Melbourne.

In desperation I booked my own ticket to Melbourne and got to the MCG with about 20 runs on the scoreboard.

However, when I asked for reimbursement I was told to get lost as they didn’t guarantee they would get you to where you were booked, and to claim on my Travel Insurance. This I did and eventually got paid out by them.

Sure it was Christmas Day, but the Hotel to their credit catered unexpectedly for two plane loads (500 people?) from Auckland and Christchurch, whilst Air NZ just provided an endless tape recording advising they would answer you shortly. I don’t know what happened to the others, but nobody could raise Air NZ on the number provided. :(

1314598 2012-11-24 22:19:00 After the last transit stop in Hawaii I don't have any wish to travel via the states at all.
If I had known what it would be like I would have gone through immigration for the two hour stop over.
Got stuck in a room with no drinks dispenser of any sort and no entertainment.
I was almost bleating like a sheep after that.

If I kill lots of people and get away for a while but get caught later I could use the defence.
