Im back to not watching news etc until reporters learn to write properly and can report something nice for a change . I am not sure we appreciate how well our country is run m8, that is the issue here . OK, we're not perfect (imagine how bloody boring it would be) but we have one of the most stable and accountable political system in the world, our petrol prices compares more than favourably against much bigger economies . Our tax system is one of the fairest . We have first class healthcare system - much better than most of the bigger countries I have lived in . Not to talk about some of the most pure foods, ingredients and wines in the world . All in all we are a good bunch of buggers that like a little controversy from time to time, but we pull up together when the need arises . We have it sweet . |
