| 1315868 | 2012-12-04 06:16:00 | On the few occasions I've had to talk to Vodafone staff, and their "we might be monitoring this call for training...", and the post call survey, I made it very clear each time how grateful I was to talk to a Kiwi each time. I don't think we can stress this enough with these companies. |
