| 1315595 | 2012-12-01 23:23:00 | Obviously "million" is used as a hyperbolic metaphor for "lots" - however if you're genuinely asking me to list them, here's a sample of some of your more recent ones (sorted in reverse chronological order): pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz pressf1.pcworld.co.nz Of the fifteen threads you've started in the last month (fourteen were chat threads), ten of them (i.e, almost 70%) have been of the "whinge about something political" flavour, and one of the remaining five could also be loosely classed as such (politically biased reporting of climate change by the BBC). What a laugh. On one hand you dont want to read the threads, and on the other hand you read and study every one. What you are actually saying is you dont want anybody else to read the threads because they conflict with your own political agenda. Could somebody please save Erayd from himself? |

What you are actually saying is you dont want anybody else to read the threads because they conflict with your own political agenda. Could somebody please save Erayd from himself? I give up - that's not what I'm saying at all; you've completely missed my point, several times. As you don't seem to be getting it, here it is again, as bluntly as possible: The *only* thing I have complained about is the large number of negative threads on the same general topic. I am not the only person who finds this annoying. I personally have no issue with the thread content (you do have some interesting things to say, and your posts can result in some fascinating discussions); it's the clutter in the thread list which I find irritating. I am *not* asking you to stop posting this kind of content, nor am I trying to censor what anybody else decides to read - all I've done is politely request that you consider organising it slightly differently. If you don't want to change the way you post about these issues, then that's fine, and your choice to make - I was merely expressing an opinion, pointing out that I'm not the only person who holds that opinion, and suggesting what seems to me to be a reasonable middle ground. Hopefully you now understand the point I'm trying to communicate (although if you'd properly read my earlier posts, you should have figured this out far earlier). If you still don't get it after this, then the only sensible conclusion to reach is that either you're trolling, and have been wilfully misinterpreting my posts, or you're unable to comprehend basic English. |

| 1315597 | 2012-12-02 00:05:00 | For members who wish to block posts from B.M. you can do this by adding him to your ignore list. You do this by clicking here (pressf1.pcworld.co.nz) and selecting from the left side of the page "Add to ignore list". This will make all posts by B.M. remain hidden while you are logged in. This is a better solution rather than letting yourself get annoyed with his posts. Thanks. Even simpler is to just ignore posts you don't like, nobody's forcing you to read them. |

I see it as a form of spam and strongly believe it should be clamped down on and the spammer treated as such. Its not the content but the avalanche of threads, and before you start blathering on about Fairfax they also post weather forecasts, horoscopes etc on a regular basisso why not post links to all of these as well. Trolling to the extreme. |

However, Ill let others be the judge of that. Now I realise you wont be reading this but on the off chance you cant resist Ill comment as follows. As you don't seem to be getting it, here it is again, as bluntly as possible: The *only* thing I have complained about is the large number of negative threads on the same general topic. Not everybody sees them a negative. Many see them as positive because it brings to their attention what the Government doesnt want us to know. I am not the only person who finds this annoying. No, I believe Globe does too but note the number that dont. I personally have no issue with the thread content (you do have some interesting things to say, and your posts can result in some fascinating discussions); it's the clutter in the thread list which I find irritating. Well you and Globe may find it irritating but not everybody does. I am *not* asking you to stop posting this kind of content, nor am I trying to censor what anybody else decides to read - all I've done is politely request that you consider organising it slightly differently. Well, when you convince Faifax to place everything on the front page of any of their major newspapers under the one heading Ill do the same. Now thats fair isnt it? :) Anyway, returning to the lead post, is everybody happy with the Government spending taxpayers funds to the tune of $5.5m this year and $164m over the last 4 years on a Race Based organisation that distributed $20,000 to the Mongrel Mob for drugs, $60,000 to a Rugby Club for research into "Whanau Connectedness", plus a few thousand hear and there for Incidentals? I look forward to someone explaining this expenditure, or is it like the Pipi Foundation case and somebody will eventually wind up behind bars for tickling the Peter? |

Perhaps we need an app to do this automatically for everyone? So what were the good posts about ? |
