I share your point of view Sanco. As I’ve said before, despite my best efforts I couldn’t find any Party to support last election, so like 1 million others I abstained and stayed at home. :( A scary situation indeed to have 1 million eligible voters abstain. As for Left & Right Wing thinking, somebody needs to explain to me where we are up to now? I got totally confused way back when Muldoon lead a Right Wing Government with totally Left wing policies, followed by Lange leading a Left Wing Government with totally Right Wing policies. :confused: Now we have a nothing government with no constructive policies and an equal nothing opposition. Who’s Left and who’s Right eludes me. :D And yes, our apathy has got a lot to do with our situation. It's Forums like this that hopefully will wake some of the guility? God give me strength…….. :D |
