1340229	2013-05-08 06:17:00	Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options Check which power plan is selected, then select: Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings Expand "Processor power management" > Expand "Maximum processor state" Ensure the "Plugged in" setting is set to 100% Theoretically if the plugged in setting was set to, say, 5%, and the computer was using all of that 5% CPU power, then the task manager would still say 5% usage, not 100%?
