1339706	2013-05-05 01:41:00	Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to read my post. I thought it was time to upgrade from my Nokia Classic. I have recently bought a "Unlocked" Nokia Lumia 520 from expansys.co.nz The phone was shipped fast and arrived in good manner. How ever, once i put the new micro sim in and transferd my number over.. The phone started randomly losing Telecom service. I live in Hamilton at the moment so I thought there wouldn't be a problem with service. When i do have service, the phone only shows 1\5 of the bars. I like this phone and my girlfriend has the Nokia Lumia 620 and her's works fine. However she bought her 620 from Noel Lemming. Do you think i could have bought a faulty phone? What would you suggest me do? I want to have a proper working 520 or 620. I have emailed expansys and told them about my situation. 1339707	2013-05-05 02:12:00	Looks like this can happen on the 920 as well. It looks like this can happen (on the 920) if the network carrier is on auto. Try changing it to manual (if the option is there). See if stays connected	Speedy Gonzales (78)
1339708	2013-05-05 02:20:00	It seems though it is stuck on Auto*. When i select Manual i have to put a code in, I'm guessing it is my PUK1 code. I enter the number in but each time I go back to check it's back on Auto, but still telecom. Thanks	HaydenNZ (17070)

1339710	2013-05-06 05:39:00	Telecom now think there is a fault with the phone. Expansys wont contact me back. If you are wanting to buy a cheap nokia lumia 520 for telecom... I do NOT recommend buying from expansys.co.nz	HaydenNZ (17070)
