| 153042 | 2003-06-16 23:56:00 | Our computer or printer randomly changes the size of our Word documents. For days on end it will print A4 as it is supposed to, and then out of the blue it will print A5 .... the only way to change it is to set the print default to print to A5 and then it does it A4 ... a major pain! It doesn't do this with every single document printed ... just randomly. Anyone out there know what I can do about this problem? |

| 153043 | 2003-06-17 02:13:00 | Unghh. :_| I was all set to say ... if you always have the same programmes loaded in the same order ... that there might be a marginal memory location. But that would turn on a bit or turn it off. It wouldn't toggle a bit. So that's a Very Good Question. :D Even the common fault: helpful fingers doesn't work like that. |
