| 152828 | 2003-06-16 09:25:00 | Open Outlook Express ( assume you are using Outlook Express), create new message > Insert > Picture > Browse to the picture > Ok > and that will drop the picture into the message. You can click on the message and then click the Right/Left/Center tabs to position the picture to the right or center. Now you just type above or below the image as per normal. If you want the picture to be part of the background and type over the top of the image open a New Message > Format > Background > Picture > that will open up a window > browse to where the image is > OK > that will create the background and from there you type your message as normal. By the way, almost forgot, you need to create your messages using Rich Format as none of this will work in plain txt messages |
