| 153074 | 2003-06-17 06:31:00 | hi, my office computer got be into a bit of a fix this morning, i installed a template from the office xp cd to my comp which had Ms office 2000 in it, i had no idea that ms office 2000 was on my comp but now when i open outlook express i can not send or reply to emails and also i cannot even create emails now. And also my address book in outlook has gone, i dont know how or why. But the error i get when i click on "create email" is "There was an error opening this message" "An Error Has Occurred" Can some one please help me fix my problems so that i can use the email. Using Win Xp Home Addition (outlook express 6) thanks, v.K |

| 153075 | 2003-06-17 12:06:00 | Hi. try repairing IE in Control Panel, Add/Remove under the repair option. Has worked for me before for IE and OE (OE is bundled with IE), but not sure if it works with Ver 6 or XP. Try a search of MS Knowledge base under Repair OE or similar. Good luck. Murray P |
