| 153730 | 2003-06-20 01:29:00 | The system is shut down according to the normal procedure of, "Start" , "Shutdown" and proceeds as expected. On start up message to say illegal shutdown, scan disc. On occasions I have skipped or let the scan run, this makes no difference. I don't believe that the scan has ever run the full course though. Any thoughts.....? Thanks Ian |

| 153731 | 2003-06-20 01:57:00 | Try booting win ME in too safe mode, then run a “Standard” scan & see if that helps if not try doing a “Thorough” scan. (Note: depends on how big your hdd is & you do a “Thorough” scan it might take a few hours) |
