Can one convert a *.WAV file to a *.WAV file, but increase the volume level like 3db, (or twice as much, if you are not db minded) |

Try Goldwave from goldwave.com
It allows you to Maximise the sound, normalise it, twist and turn it ;-) |

u could use an audio editing program to increase the gain(i use mp3gain to do it with my mp3's so they all end up being the same volume) |

Thank you for your fast answers. I wish my connection was just as fast it has gone from a normal 49000bps to 4800bps |
