154015 2003-06-21 08:23:00 Frequently when I am on a web page and click a link the new page will begin to download and the blue progress bar will start to grow, and then it will stop, the little indicator squares on the net connection icon screens will go dark and the flow of data in and out will halt. After 90 seconds I get the message that the server has not responded in 90 seconds and do I wish to wait etc. During this time if I click Refresh or another link, activity will recommence.
I am using Windows 98SE on a Pentium III 450mhz computer through a KTX-56K12-G modem.
Is the problem likely to be with me or my ISP?

That 90 sec error message is to do with Outlook Express Not to do with Internet Explorer

154018 2003-06-22 04:10:00 Thank you Stu. Browser is IE6.0 and ISP is Clear. The problem has been around for a while but seems to be getting worse. I cannot tie it down to any changes that I might have made.
Time of day or night does not seem to make much difference.

For that That 90 sec error message which you get with Outlook Express /Outlook is the Clear mail server been to busy, try contacting them & see what they say.

For that other problem you are having, I am not too sure what might be causing it
