I have to disagree with that metla.
People will usually post to the forums when they have a problem. It is extreemly unlikely to get a post saying "Hey i have a computer and it works fine!" The fact that PC Company computers enjoy flak on the forums, just shows that there are quite a few of them about.

153959 2003-06-29 00:49:00 My 2nd PC was from them, still running but only because I'm A+ and Net+ certified now. (Wasn't when I bought it.) Slow delivery, they missed a Christmas timed purchase. (Ordered -Dec 10, 2001 arrived Jan 4th 2002) Probably because they assemble in Hamilton and I'm a Jafa. All PCI cards failed to start, all needed to be reseated but only after confirmation I wouldn't risk my warranty doing it myself, and that took a week to get! Only three spare PCI expansion slots and they took 2 of them for the modem and sound card. (Does have motherboard sound, but I wanted a flash one. Audio freak here). Last one used for network card. Motherboard has on board LAN but the case doesn't have RJ-45 socket! Buying card cheaper than mucking around trying to install socket. Video card failed after 6 mnths. Replaced for free but took 4 weeks to get another card. (Ge-force II). Went to install additional hard-drive but no more molex power connectors on 200 watt power supply (It only had 3!) Had to replace with 300watt at my own expense since the 200w isn't really faulty - just useless! If you do buy from them, and if you're not a techo I recommend you accept and pay for an extended warranty - just in case because they do have cheap internals and an ugly case! sinndisco (4059)
