| 154135 | 2003-06-24 22:29:00 | Nah' still going like ****,refusing to read anything in the drive.Tried godfathers idea but only drivers on aopen website are ms-dos only. Have been using it 4 6mths now without a problem. Might get really drastic later this arvo and open it up, got 4 kids with touchy fingers so god knows whats inside lol,clean HDD while there, dusty as f--k other day, will get back.Still bloody raining down here.LOL | southernman (2481) | ||
| 154136 | 2003-06-24 23:56:00 | For that drive, there are lots of firmware upgrades on the site? maybe your looking in the wrong place? http://www.aopen.com under downloads section, pick firmware, then on the new page, select cd-rw, then CRW4048. Install the 1.5 firmware and see how things are going. Take the drive into the electronics repair place, unless its under warranty :) |
