| 154663 | 2003-06-24 04:28:00 | cannot activate Auto Protect, have run Symantec online virus check, comes up clean, have uninstalled & reinstalled Nortons, comes up with message:"Norton Anti Virus has encountered an internal problem error (3023,4) or (3023,5) or (3005,557) Uninstall & reinstall Anti Virus." Have also tried registering "Ccpasswd.dll" manualy. |

| 154664 | 2003-06-24 04:39:00 | ummm weird, It looks like Nortons does not like your computer for some resion :( Have you tried the Nortons help site FAQ / KB ???? Lets see if you get any other replies to this post If Not It looks like you might need to complete uninstalled Nortons eg remove all registry entrys & any folders that Norton has made & try AVG - http://www.grisoft.com - it is free & it does a good job :) |
