Excuse me if it's entirely a daft question but it does make me wonder. m:)c

154962 2003-06-25 02:20:00 Sounds like you are only using a single window, which closes the browser on clicking "close"

Have you got your browser set to open each link in a new window, or are you using a browser that the site is not recognising correctly?

It works fine for me.

154963 2003-06-25 02:43:00 Ahhhhhhh I see, thank you godfather. Now I <confess> see what all this business is about "new windows". Never really undertood what it all meant. I really just have one window open (if I understand correctly). I know it's in the settings. Will have a sleuth around. <confess>

Funny thing about computing a person can be quite skilled in one area and totally dim in others.

thanks again m:)c

154964 2003-06-25 06:13:00 If I remember correctly you use Opera, which has the ability to open new windows in "tabs". This means that multiple pages open within the browser rather than on the desktop and saves cluttering up the taskbar. Explore the File | Open menu and try experimenting. tommy (2826)
