| 154898 | 2003-06-25 02:44:00 | Hi, Thinking about it, shouldn't websites they *advertised* on their site be covered by the fair trading act/consumer guarentee's act . I mean their site is a form of advertisement, and they should technically have to sell it at that price or get a rain check . This even includes mistakes they made . . . i'm no lawyer but i do know bits and pieces . . . The internet is still a bit of a grey area in NZ law though . - David |
