| 154865 | 2003-06-25 00:40:00 | When my PC starts up the HSF does not spin at the constant rate. It starts off like whoo-whoo-whoo-whoo and after about 7 seconds its back to the constant whoooooooooooooooo. What does this mean. Is it just cos it's cold? Cheers |
