Run a viruses checker over your pc & see if it is. Also run ad-Aware & /or Spybot Hope this helps also post back here is that does not help. |

| 155653 | 2003-06-27 11:19:00 | did a search on google for this and this showed up www.shareup.net ALL OTHER HITS REFERRED TO THE SAME THING It appears to be a system utility that startups up on bootup check msconfig startup tab for references to it uncheck it, if found or look in the startup folder (start...programs....startup). Also I would consider stu's recommendation, after all there are some programs and other things, that are not what at first they seem to be |

| 155658 | 2003-06-27 22:41:00 | Free antivirus called AVG from here (www.grisoft.com 835) and Spybot (also free) from here (download.com.com). It is essential that you use the update facilities on these programs regularly or you might as well not have them.
