155664 2003-06-27 10:44:00 Service Pack 4 for Windows 2000 has just been released. As well as including all fixes from previous Windows 2000 service packs, SP4 includes all post-SP3 security hotfixes pertinent to the OS up to and including the one announced in MS03-019 (which is, itself, superseded by the patch announced in MS03-021 - see above). Of course, all manner of non-security patches and feature enhancements are also included.

The 'all-in-one' or 'network install' version of SP4 is a 130 MB download.

155668 2003-06-27 23:28:00 you need to download the update off the corpurate site so you can burn it to disk or share it over the lan and update each pc without redownloading it. with adware etc you can simply copy the updates from one pc to the next. nortons, you can download the def's manually and roll it out to all the pc's. tweak'e (174)
155669 2003-06-28 00:05:00 Dowloaded the exe of SP4 last night so I can tuck it away in a safe place with SP3.
